Refund policy

We hope you will love what we have made for you. Our orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Each order is carefully packed by hand, but if something reaches you damaged or not quite right, we are here to fix it.

Just reach out to us at aazhinifoods@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will do what we can do to make it right.

Since our products are food-based and handmade, we don't accept returns - but we promise to be fair, friendly,  understanding in terms of refunding the amount in case of damage / wrong items received . 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
